Experimental Insanity - The Yajuus

Listen to SSj4 Goku's Theme; The Yajuu's Theme

The yajuus are minions that work for Kyuuteki, although Kerai created them. These creatures obey Kyuuteki and Kaboku a lot more than they obey their creator, and that bothers her endlessly. Yajuus are human-like creatures that have the same body structure as humans, but they are far from humans. The creatures stand with a slouch, and one shoulder is always higher than the other. Some of these creatures are very tall while others are shorter, and they are all unique in their own way. There are exactly five breeds of these creatures, which are listed below along with their distinguishable characteristics.

Kasai
Members of this breed are the tallest of all the yajuus, and they have been known to reach six feet five inches in heighth. Kasai are very quick and strong creatures, and they are resistant to fire. Their biggest weakness is that any another senshi besides Sailor Mars and Sailor Phoenix are able to take these creatures down, which is why they are only used when either senshi of fire is alone. These yajuus sport a red-colored skin which is very oily, much like the other breeds. Out of all the yajuus, this breed is the most tempermental because they do not like being used the least, especially since this breed is the most blood-thirsty.

Mizu
The shortest breed of them all, members of this breed make up for their loose by being extremely resist to attacks, especially water, since they are water based. This is also the only breed that is able to change its shape for a short period of time. Although this breed may be very resistant, it is extremely slow, which makes for an easy target if the right attack is used. The two senshi that are completely helpless against this breed are Sailor Mercury and Sailor Aquaria because their attacks are water-based. These yajuus' oily skin is the oiliest due to a waterproof coating, which gives it its blue color. In comparison to all of the other breeds, the members of this breed are the most laid back about the task that they are given, and they are also the most wild, which is shown by the exotic shapes that they choose to turn into.

Kurai
Kurai is the hardest breed of yajuus to catch. The only senshi that can see them with the naked eye is Sailor Dracas because both of their powers are dependant on darkness. By the time Dracas tells the other senshi where the creature is, it is too late because the creature has moved on. This yajuu's attacks are very quick and semi-painful, but since it attacks a lot, it makes the small attacks seem like one big one. One major blow to this creature and it usually dies off because it is extremely vulnerable. This yajuu sports a black colored skin and it has the smoothest skin of all of the breeds. The Kurai are the most shy, and they like to hide in the comfort of dark areas. This is the breed that Kerai works the best with because the members of this breed do not like Kyuuteki's nor Kaboku's rough nature.

Haari
Haari do not rely on speed or resistance, but rather on its ability to dodge attacks. At birth, this breed is grounded, but once it matures, it grows a set of wings that allow it to move quickly through the air. Haari are not very tall, nor are they very fast, but they do use their abilities to their advantage, making this breed the smartest of all. This breed features a gray coloration, which turns darker as they grow older. The only attacks that are effictive on this breed are attacks that cover a large area because the yajuu is unable dodge them.

Kawari
Kawari are feisty little creatures that any senshi should not be caught alone with. These creatures are the most unique of all considering they have the ability to change at will. For example, one might change into something like a Kasai, or even a Haari. The major weakness of this breed is that if it is resistant to something it can be hurt easily by almost any other attack. However, that may seem like an easy thing to do, but these creatures are able to change quickly, so the senshi must also be quick to act.
