Shakaku says this to transform into Sailor Phoenix.

Twisting Flame Encounter:
Sailor Phoenix crosses her arms in front of her face as two fireballs encircle her. She then crouches down as the two fireballs go on either side of her and charge at the enemy. If charged with enough power, it can destroy the enemy. The enemy can be burnt to a crisp if this attack has been launched at it. Sailor Phoenix doesn't have to put too much energy into this attack, but if she's fighting alone and she needs to destroy the enemy, then she has to give it her all. This attack can't hurt any of the senshi, or allies, but it can take care of any unwanted enemies.

Phoenix Fireball Shower:
Phoenix puts her arms up while a basketball-sized fireball forms in-between her hands. She then throws it up and once it is at the highest point in the throw, then it explodes and releases a "shower" of fire. It has the power to destroy several enemies at once, but it has to be charged with a lot of power to do so. This attack has been used when she has been mad at the senshi, and she wants to make them dance. Her favorite target with this attack (aside from the enemy) is always Sailor Moon, only because she knows how to dance the best. Sailor Phoenix also thinks that it's fun to use to use this attack to make the enemy dance.

Phoenix Blazing Inferno:
She crosses her arms at her waist where they are now about to her hips. In her palms form 2 golf ball sized orbs that have fire burning inside of them. Sailor Phoenix brings her arms parallel to her shoulders for a brief moment. She then raises them up above her head and makes them crash together. A beam of light shoots out from her hands before the actual attack, which is an inferno, is released.



Bio:
On Shakaku's home, Phoenix, Shakaku was born to a large family. She had four older brothers, a younger sister, a mother, and a father. However, Shakaku's father later left to support Kyuuteki. Because she had so many brothers she learned to be like them and she grew up like them. Shakaku's little sister, Kaira, looked up to Shakaku because they were the only two females. Kaira may not have been a tomboy like Shakaku, but she still admired the fact that Shakaku could kick their brothers' butts. Shakaku and her family lived in the outskirts of a large town, and one day when Shakaku was three years old there was a large fire near where they lived. Shakaku's family was able to escape, but Shakaku was trapped. Shakaku walked out of the flames unharmed, but the sign of Phoenix was burning on her right cheek. Like the other senshi, Shakaku's family had to move to Virgo, where all of the senshi joined as one team. Shakaku was not nearly as dark and distant as she is now, but she was still sadder than the rest of the senshi.

Now things are not nearly the same. Shakaku was abandoned as a baby when she was born to a poor, alcoholic mother who was raped. Shakaku rarely thinks about her mother although she receives letters sometimes. In one letter Shakaku's mother wrote that she had a little sister, but Shakaku has never met her. When Shakaku was given up for adoption, she went through many families until she found the right one which had four boys, a mother, and a father. Shakaku spent twelve years in foster homes until she moved to Tokyo. At the age of twelve, Shakaku was awakened, and soon after she moved to Tokyo in search of Kaichuu. Because Shakaku has not known a proper family, she is darker and sadder than before.

Kaichuu and Shakaku are the closest friends in the entire team and would, and have, risked their lives for each other. Shakaku and Hoshi make a great team in combat, and they believe in the same things, which makes them a very hard team to get by. Dorei and Shakaku respect each other greatly, and they play volleyball against each other frequently. Enzeru and Shakaku have an "Enzeru gets in trouble and Shakaku gets her out of it" type of relationship since Enzeru is still quite young. As far as the villains go, Shakaku hates all of them, but mostly Kyuuteki. Many times Kyuuteki has offered her a home in the Dark Realm, but every time Shakaku has refused. Shakaku and Kaboku see each other as good fighters, and they are constantly biting each other's heels. Although Kaboku is a much better athlete than Shakaku, she still manages to survive against him. Kerai does not like to be caught alone with Shakaku because Shakaku can beat her physically. Although Shakaku knows that Kerai is smart, she always calls her a stupid rock.

The black on the majority of Shakaku's fuku symbolizes how dark and distant she is from the other senshi. Another reason why black is on the fuku is because the clouds on Phoenix were always black. The red on her fuku represents Shakaku's fiery personality when she is mad. The red also represents Shakaku's ability to control fire. Shakaku, like everyone on Phoenix, was built for sports. She is not extremely fast, nor is she extremely strong; she is a combination of both. Dark skin and dark hair were also traits in the people from Phoenix because the sun was almost always up, and the people from this constellation enjoyed being outside. The reason why Shakaku enjoys volleyball is because it is a team sport, and the people from her constellation are known to like working in teams.

Shakaku wears absolutely no make up or jewelry however she does have both of her ears pierced twice- a garnet stud and a gold hoop. She feels comfortable when she is wearing boyish clothing; when outside she likes the comfort of her dark sunglasses. Her clothing is the most unique of the group - where everyone else wears jeans, skirts, or tank tops, Shakaku does not. Shakaku only owns a total of one skirt, which is black and purple. Because of her male-like upbringing, her interests are those that males would enjoy such as sports, music, fighting.
